Klia1 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the klia1 platform. Continued use of the platform means you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the klia1 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
To use the klia1 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old or the age of majority as defined by Malaysian law, whichever is higher.
- Registering under your own name with information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Not appearing on any prohibition or sanctions list imposed by any relevant authority.
- Acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
Klia1 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time, and may suspend an account while verification is in progress.

- Registration details must be accurate
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. All information provided during registration — including name, phone number, and bank details — must be accurate and up to date. klia1 is not responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact klia1 customer support immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own disclosure of their password.
Users are prohibited from using the klia1 platform for any unlawful activities, including fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate the system or game outcomes. The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.
Klia1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for platform security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any balance associated with bonuses or promotions.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the klia1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers and approved digital wallets. Deposits made through unauthorised methods or using another person's details may result in funds being held and the account being investigated.
For your first withdrawal, identity verification is mandatory before any funds can be released. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three business days in certain circumstances. klia1 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing if any suspicious activity is detected.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements and withdrawal limits stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before wagering requirements have been fully met.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Klia1 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including technical disruptions, temporary loss of access, or game outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" and klia1 does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions at all times. klia1's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the seven days preceding the incident.
All content on the klia1 platform — including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of klia1 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from klia1.
The klia1 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for informational purposes only. klia1 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites and is not responsible for any losses or issues arising from the use of such external services. Users are encouraged to read the terms of service of any third party before using them.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Klia1 reserves the right to change, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may contact customer support to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the klia1 platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. Should such discussion fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
